Our Annual Service Plans have been designed to help you get the most from your energy dollars and give you confidence that you have the best home comfort protection—because the last thing you need are big bills or inefficient heating and cooling systems.

Pallett Promises:

  • Priority Service – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call us, you will always speak with a live person, not a machine.
  • We stock our vehicles with thousands of dollars’ worth of parts so we can fix most problems in one visit to your home.
  • Only our own expert technicians do repairs on your system, never subcontractors, so you can be sure you are getting the best.
  • We always use testing equipment, not guess¬work, to evaluate your system.
Our Annual Service Plans offer two levels of Service so you can choose the Plan that’s right for you:
  • Silver Plan coverage provides Priority Service and a Discount on ALL repairs in addition to Annual Preventative Maintenance.
  • Gold Plan coverage provides Priority Service and FREE repairs—including Parts and Labor–on most repairs in addition to Annual Preventative Maintenance
